Play Mats:

Thanks for checking us out- we can’t wait for your to get your hands on a Freddy & Co baby play mat. We always aim to dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your orders. While we aim to get them out to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on destination with most metropolitan Australian cities taking 4-7 business days. This will take longer for regional and remote areas which often use third party delivery services and the West Coast of Australia.

** Excludes busy time periods , School holidays, sales, product launches and courier company delays outside our control**

All baby play mat orders are shipped via a registered courier company and therefore cannot be sent to a P.O.Box or via Australia Post. You will be supplied with the tracking details to follow your baby play mats journey – check your junk folder carefully. To calculate your shipping cost search your postcode at the checkout.

We now offer international shipping to New Zealand. If you wish to purchase for delivery outside of Australia or New Zealand please contact us separately for a quote.

Small products (nursery range, towels, silicone products)

Products are sent via courier or Australia post at our discretion. Check your emails (junk folder) to track your order.

Please note:

Once your order has been shipped, Freddy & Co  can not accept responsibility for loss, delivery delay or damage to your package. Please use tracking number provided to receive updates on your order. This includes delays by our carrier which we cannot control or by events out our reasonable foresight. Items will be delivered with Authority To Leave (ATL) unless otherwise selected at the check out. If customer has selected ATL, Freddy and Co is not liable for parcels that have proof of delivery and go missing. 

RETURNS

Change of Mind

Playmats:

At Freddy and Co we want you and your baby to love your play mat as much as we do. Therefore, refunds, credit notes and exchanges are available for a change of mind if the item is returned:

unused and in original condition

all original packaging (box, straps, product cover) in the original box

within 30 days of the purchase

receipt is provided

You will be responsible for organising the return shipping and providing tracking details to Freddy & Co. Once Freddy & Co receives the item and it meets the criteria above, a refund will be issued less the original shipping costs.

Orders placed when products are on sale or using discount codes are final and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Artwork Printable downloads:

Wall art printable downloads cannot be refunded for change of mind. Any orders containing printable art work downloads that you wish to return due to change of mind, will be refunded the RRP of the wall art. Regardless of whether artwork was purchased with a discount. 

Small products: silicone, towels, nursery items.

Silicone products including stacking toys, plates and bibs can be returned from change of mind if they meet the following criteria.

unused and in original condition

all original packaging (box, bags, product cover, cardboard wraps etc) 

within 14 days of the purchase

receipt is provided

For hygiene reasons these items cannot be returned for change of mind once opened. The customer is responsible for returning the item in original condition to the criteria above. Customer is responsible for organising the return.

Warranty:

Play mats:

Our play mats come with a manufacturing warranty, covering faults or defects caused as part of the manufacturing process. It is important to check your play mat carefully upon opening and follow the 'before use' instructions. If you believe there is a fault or defect you must notify us immediately within (48hrs of delivery), this includes any marks or surface damage evident on opening.

Our play mats are made from individual repeats and therefore colour will vary between repeats within the same mat. If you think there is discoloration beyond normal variation or a misprint in your repeat, please notify us immediately upon your play mats arrival. Variation in colour, will not be covered after this time. 

Any damage to the surface including scratches or tears not notified within 48hrs of your products delivery will not be covered under manufacturing warranty. 

Any return or replacement deemed to be a fault will have return and replacement shipping included. Items with faults covered under warranty will be replaced with the same design dependent on stock availability.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use including pets, shoes, incorrect cleaning products and sharp objects or product wear and tear.  It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all care and cleaning instructions as stated on the website.

As colours are hand mixed and not digitally printed, the warranty does not cover colour variation when trying to match different play mats as some colour variation between batches does occur.

As our play mats are non-toxic we do not use harsh chemical preservatives (like PVC) from our TPU foam play mats, therefore colour change, fading and yellowing will occur over time. These are not a manufacturing fault.

Faulty Goods

While it is very rare, if you believe you have received goods that damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Contact us immediately via info@freddyandco.com.au with a photo and proof of purchase in the communication. This will allow us to process your replacement or refund promptly (if applicable).
